Helping leaders
live their music

Let's Connect

For the last 25 years, I’ve had one goal:

To champion executives and entrepreneurs as they go the distance to fully realize the best version of themselves.

Wh y?

Because when people truly get what makes them great, they are changed forever, and then, they can change the world.

Finding My Music

From a very young age, I was always listening.

Growing up on a small island in the Caribbean before the advent of the internet, can make an inquisitive kid very resourceful. I looked to the older generation and listened deeply as they told their stories and recounted their experiences. And as I witnessed the closing chapters of their lives, without even realizing it, I was learning the difference between people who had lived their music and those who hadn’t.

At 17, I left the island to study in the United States, where I earned a BSc in Information Systems and Economics from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an MBA from Harvard University.

From there, I went straight into a job with a boutique consulting company. But it wasn’t amongst the financial, strategic, or analytical that I felt most at home. While I was very successful in those arenas, I felt most fulfilled when immersed in the people, my co-workers: their stories and experiences, their development and talents, their futures.

Living My Music

Many years went by as I ignored my music.

But, in every position, with every business deal, it became more and more obvious: I felt most alive when I was supporting and encouraging those around me. A failed business opportunity prompted me to reevaluate what I really wanted out of my life and propelled me to finally embrace my music: uncovering greatness in others. Curiously, projects and opportunities flowed towards me. I no longer had to chase or struggle.

I’ve worked with leaders from world-renowned organizations such as the UN and the US Federal Government but I have never lost that easy-going, relatable, Caribbean warmth.

These days, I balance course facilitation, one-to-one support, and speaking engagements. And when I’m not unearthing your greatness, I’ll be at home with my wife and children, right back where I started, on the tiny island I call home.
